1. Introduction
Service is provided by WithoutDNS as described in these Terms.
User, whenever mentioned in this Agreement, is referred to as any user of the Service, an individual or a legal entity ("you" or "your").
WithoutDNS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of INBS.Software Konrad Keck, and its affiliates ("WithoutDNS", "we", "our" or "us") located at Tadeusza Rejtana 36, 35-310 Rzeszów, Poland.
WithoutDNS, that accompanies this Agreement, may be updated or replaced by feature enhancements, system updates ("System") and any services that may be provided by WithoutDNS under this Agreement ("Services").
Do not use the System until you have carefully read the following Agreement that shall be governed by the law of Poland applicable.
By ordering, downloading, installing, accessing, using or entering into any interaction with the System (or authorizing any other person to do so) you are indicating that you are capable of entering into a binding legal agreement, have read and understand this Agreement and you accept its terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not order, install, access, download, use or interact with the System.

2. How WithoutDNS Works
WithoutDNS simplifies website testing by allowing them to use one of the proxy servers that does directly connect to the server by the provided IP Address. This process significantly simplifies the process as it does not require users to change their hosts file which is not easy for non-tech savvy customers. By generating temporary URLs, users can instantly view websites on custom domains without the need for DNS changes. This is especially useful for developers and web professionals looking for quick and efficient testing environments.
3. Account Use and Abuse Policy
In cases where abuse is detected or reported, WithoutDNS reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated account. During suspension, all sites will be temporarily disabled until the matter is investigated and resolved.
If the account is confirmed to have engaged in abuse, the account will be permanently terminated without refund. Abuse may include, but is not limited to, activities such as phishing, spamming, or providing prohibited content.

4. Free Version
WithoutDNS offers a free version, available directly from the main website.
Free sites include an overlay displaying information or advertisements about WithoutDNS.
These sites are automatically disabled after 15 minutes and are limited per user.
5. Paid Plans
Users opting for paid plans may enjoy extended session times, removal of advertisements, and additional features.
6. Intellectual Property
WithoutDNS retains all copyrights to the software and services it provides. Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering, redistributing, or otherwise misusing any part of the WithoutDNS platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
WithoutDNS and its parent company, INBS.Software Konrad Keck, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. While we strive to provide consistent and reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. By using WithoutDNS, you acknowledge and agree to use the service at your own risk.
8. Privacy Policy

9. Termination of Services
WithoutDNS reserves the right to terminate any account or service at its discretion if these Terms are violated.
